#5146. Cal. 38 centerfire. NIckel finish. Standard 3 1/2" Barrel. 5 Shot. Second style early production with scooped cylinder, loading gate, a flat butt and grips with dog's head design. Retains at least 95% of the original nickel and most of the color case still present on the hammer. Matching serial numbers. Made from 1879 to 1886. Total production a few thousand. Mechanically perfect, bore and cylinder chambers are shiny. The gun is in an excellent condition!
